With Rihanna endorsing Vita Coco, the astonishingly popular coconut water drink has stormed the U.S. over the past year. It is said to rehydrate you naturally, and has attracted the raptures of many celebrities recently.
I personally feel that the packaging does not reflect the brands benefits and feels very dated. This bugged me, so I quickly mocked up a design to rejuvenate the Vita Coco brand, without pushing it too far away from its roots and strong brand presence.
I had so much fun reinventing the Vita Coco packaging, it made me think about how they could expand their range into new product categories- asking the question. . . ‘How can Vita Coco ‘OWN COCONUTS’?’
